Here are the understandings are between the artist and Nick's International Virtual Garage.
1. The music and art that is created by the artist remains the 100% property of artist.
2. It is understood that the artist can promote merch links as much as that artist(s) wants.
3. Playing the Virtual Garage is somewhat invitational and I (Nick Mellis) have a right to refuse you to play at any time.
4. It is understood that you will play as close to or at least sixty minutes minimum as possible, when performing live.

Here are the expectations!
1. I expect the artist to keep their commitments when agreeing to play for the series.
2. I expect the artist to keep it anti-raciest, anti-misogynistic, No discrimination against anything or anyone at all times.
3. I expect the artist to provide a video file when pre-recording a performance to be as close to 60 minutes as possible without exceeding 60 minutes. Artist can play for more than 60 minutes as long as a second file is (obviously) can be provided.
4. I expect the artist to be in touch with me leading up to the performance date and during the performance when playing live, by providing me a phone number to text you in case of something going wrong.
5. The artist is expected to do a sound and video check days prior to the actual date of performance. Five to ten minutes is all.
6. Technical requirements are set by the service that I use called Restream(io) .MOV or .MP4 files are accepted. If giving me multiple files to play currently there has to be a two minute break between the playing of files under current price plan that the Virtual Garage has purchased.
